The 2025-2026 Broadway in Columbia County features six plays in its season that opens Oct. 28 with “The Addams Family” and ends with three nights of the smash-Broadway hit “Six” in June 2026.
The season was announced Monday; all performances will be at the Columbia County Performing Arts Center.
The season debuts with ”The Addams Family,” a comical feast that embraces the wackiness in every family.

“’The Addams Family’ is the magnificently macabre hit musical featuring everyone’s favorite creepy, kooky characters. Wednesday Addams, the ultimate princess of darkness, has grown up and fallen in love with a sweet, smart young man from a respectable family. A man her parents have never met,” according to a news release.
“And if that weren’t upsetting enough, she confides in her father and begs him not to tell her mother. Now, Gomez Addams must do something he’s never done before-keep a secret from his
beloved wife, Morticia. Everything will change for the whole family on the fateful night they host a dinner for Wednesday’s ‘normal’ boyfriend and his parents.”
Next up on Nov. 25 is “A Christmas Story: The Musical” that brings the 1983 movie to life on stage. “An infamous leg lamp, pink bunny pajamas, and a triple-dog-dare are just a few of the distractions that stand between Ralphie and his Christmas wish,” the release continued.

The season continues with “Clue: Live on Stage” on Dec. 11
Based on the 1985 film with its star-studded cast including Tim Curry, Madeline Kahn and Ellen Brennan, which was based on the board game, “Clue” is “the ultimate whodunit that will leave you dying of laughter and keep you guessing until the final twist.”
On Feb. 27, 2026, “TINA -The Tina Turner Musical,” will explode onto the stage.
“’TINA–The Tina Turner Musical’ is the inspiring journey of a woman who broke barriers and became the Queen of Rock n’ Roll. Set to the pulse-pounding soundtrack of her most beloved hits, this electrifying sensation will send you soaring to the rafters.

“One of the world’s best-selling artists of all time, Tina Turner won 12 Grammy Awards, and her live shows were seen by millions, with more concert tickets sold than any other solo performer in music history. Featuring her much loved songs, TINA–The Tina Turner Musical is written by Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright Katori Hall,” according to the Tina on Broadway website.
Robin Williams’ beloved “Mrs. Doubtfire” has been transformed into a musical, which will be performed April 19, 2026.
As in the movie, “Daniel Hillard, a struggling, out-of-work actor, will do anything for his kids. After losing custody in a messy divorce, he creates the kindly alter ego of Scottish nanny Euphegenia Doubtfire in a desperate attempt to stay in their lives,” according to the musical’s website.

The season caps with three nights of “Six.”
The winner of 23 awards including the 2022 Tony for Best original score, “Six” will be at the PAC June 9-11.
“From Tudor Queens to Pop Icons, the SIX wives of Henry VIII take the microphone to reclaim their identities out of the shadow of their infamous spouse – remixing five hundred years of historical heartbreak into a Euphoric Celebration of 21st century girl power! This new original musical is the global sensation that everyone is losing their head over!” according to the Broadway show’s website.
