Columbia County has released a list of road/lane closures for the week of May 6.
Intermittent, temporary road closures are expected on Oakley Pirkle Road from 9 a.m. to 3 p.. May 7-11; on South Old Belair Road from 9 a.m. to 3 pm. May 8-11, and the lane between North Belair Road and Hardy McManus Road from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. May 8-17.
Motorists are advised to expect delays, exercise caution, and reduce their speed while traveling through work zones. If possible, please plan to take an alternate route or allow additional time for commuting during this timeframe, the release said.
