Students at Inspire Studios will take to the Kroc Center stage May 3-5 to present “Shrek the Musical JR.”
Based on the Oscar-winning DreamWorks Animation film and the Broadway musical, the play proves that beauty is in the “eye of the ogre” as Shrek leads a cast of misfits to rescue a princess and find acceptance, according to a news release from Inspire Studios, which is located in Martinez.
‘Shrek Jr” will be at 7 p.ml., May 3, 3 and 7 p.m. May 4 and 5 p.m. May 5.
