In pictures: Lady Irish to defend state soccer title after May 2 win

Aquinas’s Lady Irish will head to Macon next week to defend their 2023 state title after beating Towns County 1-0 at Westside High School on May 2.

Elle Morris scored the lone goal of the game in the Aquinas victory.

The state championship game is set for 5 p.m. Tuesday, May 7 at Mercer University in Macon. For ticket information on the state championship game, go here.
