In pictures: First Friday June 6

It was a hot night on Broad Street as members of the Arcane Arts group brought its fire magic to First Friday activities.

Also Friday was the opening of a few arts exhibitions including two new ones at the Westobou Gallery.

Curated by Craig Drennen, The End: First Five Years features 30 artists who have exhibited at THE END gallery in Atlanta during its first five years. It will be in the main gallery June 6-Aug. 2.

In the Micro Gallery is The Living Room, works by Kenz Cannon and curated by Maya Rubio. It will be June 6-28.

At the Augusta Common, local musicians performed.
