Organizers of the Spring into Brick Pond Park event are hopeful for a sunny day as they celebrate nature in the North Augusta park.
From 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., there will be “relaxing and fun-filled outdoor experience for all ages,” according to a news release.
There will be nature and wildlife awareness, family-friendly activities, “Beefed Up!” and “Carolina Hills Sandwich Shop’s own Racie’s Italian Ice” food trucks and 30 vendors including Andy Jordan Bicycles and farm fresh produce displays. Also colonial reenactors will participate.
Three bands will “keep the good vibes going,” according to the release. Ankle Roller will play at 10 a.m., New Light Jazz at 11 a.m. and the Angelyn Dorn–Bobby Bryan Duo will play at noon.
“Come bring your friends and family and spread out a picnic blanket,” the release said. Located on the grounds right below the North Augusta municipal building overlooking the Brick Ponds.
