In keeping with their motto of service for humanity and in the spirit of the season of giving, members of the Phi Chi Chapter of Chi Eta Phi Professional Nursing Sorority, Incorporated adopted Christmas Angels delivered Christmas Angel Gifts to American Legion Post 71 in North Augusta on Dec. 15.
A bike and lots of wrapped presents not only filled the wish lists of four Christmas angels, but provided even more than they asked for, according to a news release from the sorority.
“Through this meaningful act of kindness, Phi Chi members helped to ensure a joyful and memorable Christmas for deserving children,” the release said.
Bernice Crafton, Sarah Glover, Letesha Roberson and Victoria Burt delivered the gifts.
