Since 2019, PACELINE has funded almost $2 million in cancer research grants at the Georgia Cancer Center.

“This pipeline of innovative cancer research has already generated $12.25 million of prestigious ‘follow-on’ grants from National Institutes of Health (NIH) bringing significant investment to Georgia’s only public cancer center, part of Augusta University and WellStar MCG Health. In addition, the NIH estimates this investment will generate over $30 million of economic impact for our region,” according to a news release.

PaceDay was cancelled in 2024 due to Hurricane Helene.
