It’s homecoming week at Paine College, and there’s been a flurry of activity related to incoming president Lester McCorn’s first homecoming in Augusta.
A gala and convocation were held Friday, Feb. 7, at the college, and on Saturday, ahead of the homecoming game, area high school bands as well as civic groups, sororities and church groups paraded down Walton Way in celebration.
