The No. 14 Jags up their record to 19-2. They play at Lander Feb. 8 and return to the home court Feb. 11 for a game they hope will break records for fan attendance. Admission to the Feb. 11 game is free for all attendees.

Tip-off is set for 3:30 p.m. The women’s game is scheduled for 1:30.
“Our goal is simply to break the attendance record on Feb. 11 versus Young Harris for Christenberry Fieldhouse,” men’s head coach Dip Metress said in a news release from Augusta University. “Admission will be free for everyone, and we are excited about providing this entertainment for the city of Augusta, our university and our team. Come join us and let’s get behind the Jags as we defend our Peach Belt Conference Championship.”
The university pep band will perform, and the first 100 students will receive free T-shirts. Food vendors, concessions, prizes and giveaways will be part of the event.
