The Augusta Market opened at Riverwalk at Eighth Street for the season on March 18.

The popular market features fresh food as well as handmade goods, jewelry, crafts, scented wax and other items.

There was also a petting zoo at the event.

The market will be open from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. each Saturday until late fall.
