‘Laissez les bon temps rouler’ at the Augusta Symphony Gala 2024

Tickets are on sale for the Augusta Symphony’s annual gala scheduled for Jan. 27, 2024.

With a Mardi Gras theme, the gala is a night of New Orleans’ jazz under the direction of Maestro Dirk Meyer, according to a news release from the symphony.

The music of New Orleans’ natives Fats Domino, Mahalia Jackson and Louis Armstrong will fill the Miller Theater with “powerhouse vocalist and trumpeter Byron Stripling and pianist Bobby Floyd leading the parade,” the release continued.

The black tie affair begins at 6:30 p.m. with specialty appetizers and signature libations.

Tickets are available at augustasymphony.com/gala or at the Miller Theater box office.
