In pictures: The bicentennial observance of Lafayette’s Augusta visit

Two hundred years ago, American Revolutionary War Gen. Marquis de Lafayette visited Augusta as part of a friendship tour. On Sunday, reenactors, government officials, members of historical organizations and citizens retraced some of his steps with multiple events.
