In pictures: Patriotic Paw Parade celebrates America’s 250th

AIKEN – Aiken’s Downtown Dog was the place to be for an early morning July 4 celebration..

Dogs and their owners decked out in red, white and blue and took to Laurens Street to celebrate the nation’s 250th birthday Saturday.

After a the loop of a couple of blocks, the pets each received a well-earned pup cup.
