NORTH AUGUSTA – On Friday and Saturday, portions of Georgia Avenue shut down to vehicular traffic in light of the annual fall Jack-O-Lantern Jubilee with rides, games, entertainment and vendors.

Sunny skies greeted the crowds that packed the streets for the annual event.
