JOHNSTON, S.C. – In the battle for the paddle Jan. 11, high school football all-stars from Georgia dominated South Carolina’s best players 45-9 at Border Bowl XII at Strom Thurmond High School.

Jack Thexton of Lakeside High School was named the offensive player of the game, and Baylor Davis of Harlem was tapped as defensive player of the game.
