In pictures: Augusta University women open hoops season with win

The Augusta University women’s basketball team opened its 2024-2025 season as the Jags breezed past Newberry 61-34 Wednesday at Christenberry Fieldhouse.

The Jaguars travel to Fayetteville State University Nov. 16.

Their next home game is at 1:30 p.m. Nov. 23 against Belmont Abbey.
