In pictures: Aiken buzzes by Midland Valley 42-41

GRANITEVILLE – The Aiken Hornets scored a touchdown in the final minutes of the game Oct. 2 to push past Midland Valley 42-41.

Going into the final quarter, the lead seesawed between the Mustangs and Hornets. The Hornets led 29-27 when it began, but Midland Valley came back to take the lead 41-36 in the last five minutes of the game.

Aiken is 4-3 overall and will take next week off while Midland Valle0y now 3-3 will host Fox Creek on Oct.. 8.
