Coale Peace, one of Wellstar Golisano Children’s Hospital of Georgia’s most enthusiastic ambassadors and a 2025 Children’s Miracle Network National Ambassador, will take that job on the road in a unique partnership with Knight Swift.

On Friday, Knight Swift, the largest full truckload company in the country, unveiled Coale’s infectious smile on the fourth Swift Fleet of Miracles truck.

Coale, 7, was born with osteogenesis imperfecta, also known as brittle bone disease. He was born with 12 broken bones and has experienced 55 bone fractures in his life.

In 2025, he was chosen to represent Wellstar Golisano and the Children’s Miracle Network nationally as a 2025 National Champion. The Fleet of Miracles truck features Coale and one of his doctors, Dr. Cory Bryan, with artwork inspired by outer space, one of Coale’s favorite things.

The newly wrapped truck will made a stop at Wellstar Golisano Children’s Hospital of Georgia Friday where Coale and his family and friends got a chance to see the truck up close.
