Cheryl and Clint Hardy have opened a new charcuterie shop in Evans.
Graze Craze, a charcuterie store and catering concept elevating graze-style dining options nationwide, recently opened in the Shoppes of Blue Ridge at 4118 Evans to Locks Road.
The specialty store features “charcuterie boards using a variety of high-quality ingredients, including premium meats and cheeses, fresh fruits, crisp vegetables and more, accompanied by house-made sauces, dips and jams. Each grazing spread features a complementary blend of flavors, colors and textures that produce a delicious work of edible art,” according to a news release.
After retiring from working in a corporate setting for more than 40 years, Cheryl Hardy wanted to do something fun and energizing that matched her personality.
Nicknamed “Hardy’s Party in a Bag,” Cheryl Hardy is known for her ability to make any occasion feel like a celebration and is thrilled to help others commemorate life’s special moments with exceptional charcuterie paired with phenomenal hospitality, the release continued.
“The Graze Craze motto is ‘Celebrate Everything’ and that phrase couldn’t be more aligned with who I am,” said Cheryl Hardy. “When I was deciding what I wanted to do after retiring from my corporate job, I was inspired by the opportunity to use my artistry and imagination to help local families and friends create beautiful memories over gorgeous charcuterie boards that leave an impression.”
The Graze Craze menu incorporates a range of styles to satisfy many different palates and dietary preferences, including:
- The Gone Grazey – One of the Hardys’ favorites: A blend of cured meats, premium cheeses, crackers, fresh produce, nuts and more.
- The Vegegrazian – A vibrant medley of fruits, vegetables and cheese.
- Sweet & Grazey – An abundance of desserts, like chocolates and baked goods, paired with sweet dips.
The charcuterie offerings are available in different sizes, from Char-Cutie-Cups and Grab & Graze options for nibbling to sharing-size boards with enough fresh food to feed a party. The food displays are ideal for family gatherings, large events and more, and they make for memorable corporate and personal gifts that always impress.
The Hardys are active in the community as members of the Columbia County Chamber of Commerce and support several different causes and organizations, including breast cancer awareness and the American Red Cross. Their three sons all played baseball growing up, and their youngest went on to play at a professional level, including being part of the Savannah Bananas during their inaugural season. Baseball has always been a huge part of the Hardys’ lives, so they plan to use their Graze Craze to support little league baseball teams in their community in the future.
