Career fair at Goodwill on March 18

Goodwill Industries of Middle Georgia and the CSRA will present its spring career fair on March 18.

“This event will connect job seekers with hiring employers and provide valuable career resources at a time when many in our community are navigating job transitions,” according to a news release.

The expo, which will be from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Snelling Conference Center, 3165 Washington Road, serves as a bridge for those needing new job opportunities. Attendees will include job seekers eager to re-enter the workforce, local employers committed to hiring and career coaches providing vital support.

Employers such as Aurubis, Shaw Industries, Columbia County School District, Spherion, the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office, Fifth Third Bank and Augusta University will be on site.
