AIKEN – Aiken County students of all ages can get a jump start on the new school year at
the Family Y in Graniteville on July 19.
Presented by Chandler Law Firm, the 15th Annual Fit 4 School helps students as they ready to return to school by providing necessities such as school supplies and clothing, health screenings and haircuts.
Health screenings are expanded this year to include free chiropractic, dental and hearing assessments. There also will be face painting and special appearances from everyone’s favorite superheroes and princesses, according to a news release.
The fun, family-friendly event will be from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, July 19, inside the gym at
the Aiken County Family Y, 621 Trolley Line Road, Graniteville.

“We have been blessed with the support of the Aiken community and look forward every year to
giving back,” said Everrett Chandler, founding attorney of Chandler Law Firm. “We know that
getting ready for a new school year can be overwhelming for some families, and we are thankful
that we can help relieve that burden for as many people as possible.”
