Clarks Hill Lake and Appling added as fourth stop on Tackle Warehouse Pro Circuit in May 2027

On July 9, Major League Fishing announced that Clarks Hill Lake has been added to next year’s Tackle Warehouse Pro Circuit Presented by MillerTech schedule.

The 2027 season features six regular-season events and the no-entry-fee Tackle Warehouse Pro Circuit Championship with
Appling and Clarks Hill Lake playing host to Stop 4 on the circuit, May 7-9, according to a news release.

Hosted by Visit Columbia County Georgia, the event will showcase top professional anglers competing for the sport’s biggest payouts outside of the Bass Pro Tour, valuable points toward championship qualification, and opportunities to advance to REDCREST and the Bass Pro Tour. The season will culminate Sept. 10-12 at the Pro Circuit Championship on the James River in Richmond, Virginia.

“We’re thrilled to welcome the Tackle Warehouse Pro Circuit to Clarks Hill Lake,” said Shelly Blackburn, Executive Director of Visit Columbia County, Georgia. “We look forward to hosting anglers and their families and showcasing the natural beauty, world-class fishing, and warm hospitality that make Columbia County a premier destination.”

Every day of competition will stream live on MLFNOW! at MajorLeagueFishing.com and through the MLF app, MyOutdoorTV (MOTV) and Rumble. All six regular-season events and the championship will also be televised nationally on VICE TV.

“The Tackle Warehouse Pro Circuit is one of the most important platforms in professional bass fishing,” said Kevin Hunt, Senior Tournament Director for the Tackle Warehouse Pro Circuit. “It gives established pros and rising stars the opportunity to compete on outstanding fisheries, build their careers and earn their way to the Bass Pro Tour. The 2027 schedule has a strong mix of proven tournament venues and fisheries that will challenge every part of an angler’s game.”

Invitations for the 2027 Tackle Warehouse Pro Circuit will be issued to qualifying anglers this fall.
