The Augusta Music and Songwriter Festival brings the heart, soul, and sound of authentic music to downtown Augusta for two unforgettable days of creativity, connection and culture May 15-16 at the Downtown Depot Lot, next to the Fifth Street Bridge by the Savannah River.
Presented by Growing Augusta in collaboration with the Greater Augusta Arts Council and Destination Augusta, this inaugural festival celebrates the art of songwriting through live performances, interactive workshops, great food, refreshing drinks, and an energetic community atmosphere, according to a news release.
This year’s lineup features an exciting mix of national and regional talent, including Big K.R.I.T., Shawn Mullins, Anthony David, Angie Aparo, Trap Jazz, Elli Perry, Travis Shaw, AE the Cool, Muz Mercer and Judge Wood.



Attendees will experience powerful performances across genres including R&B, Jazz, Gospel, Rock, Alternative, and Hip Hop, while also gaining behind-the-scenes insight into the songwriting process through engaging workshops and artist conversations.
