The Augusta women’s basketball team has earned the No. 4 seed in the 2025-26 Peach Belt Conference Women’s Basketball Tournament and will host No. 5 seed Middle Georgia Knights on Wednesday, March 4 at 7:30 p.m. at Christenberry Fieldhouse.
Augusta closed out the regular season with an 18-9 overall record and a 13-7 mark in conference play, finishing tied for third in the league standings before being awarded the No. 4 seed following conference tiebreak procedures.



The Knights completed their first season of Division II competition with a 17-10 overall record and a 10-10 mark in PBC play to secure the fifth seed.
Wednesday’s contest marks the quarterfinal round, with higher seeds hosting on campus sites. The winner will advance to the semifinal round on Saturday, March 7, with the semifinals and championship game (Sunday, March 8) hosted by the highest remaining seed. Tipoff is set for 7:30 p.m. at Christenberry Fieldhouse.
