Augusta University Men’s basketball hosted their annual Stuff the Stadium game at Christenberry Fieldhouse on Wednesday, Feb. 4.
The Jaguar fans set a record with a total of 2,378 stuffed animals thrown to benefit local organizations and charities.
Despite leading by 11 points at half, the Jaguars failed to hold the lead and lost 70-67 against the Cougars.
Augusta’s El’ias P’alsson led all scorers in the game with 20 points, shooting 4-for-6 from the three-point line.
The Jaguars will travel to play Georgia College on Feb. 7. They will be back at home for Military Appreciation night against Lander University on Saturday, Feb. 8.
