Charmain Z. Brackett is the publisher of Augusta Good News. A graduate of Augusta University, she’s been a journalist for 35 years in Augusta, writing 32 of those years for The Augusta Chronicle. She’s also written for Augusta Magazine, the defunct Fort Gordon The Signal newspaper and Augusta Family Magazine. Christopher Rickerson, an Augusta University graduate, is a sportswriter and has covered area sports for Augusta University, The Augusta Press and Augusta Good News.
Ron Baxley Jr. has written for multiple publications over the years including The Times and Democrat in Orangeburg, S.C. and Grice Connect, Statesboro, Ga.
